Rental terms

Rates

  1. 01Minimum order — 3 hours of service + 1 hour for pickup.
  2. 02Trips outside St. Petersburg — extra pickup hours or 35 ₽/km.
  3. 03Night time 23:00–07:00 — 30% surcharge.
  4. 04Paid parking and toll roads are covered by the customer.

How to order

  1. 01Via the “Book” button on the site: pick a car, fill in the form — a manager will contact you to confirm.
  2. 02By phone: +7 (812) 908‑04‑26 or +7 (921) 908‑04‑26.
  3. 03By e‑mail in free form to royalridespb@yandex.ru.

After payment you receive a confirmation: date, time and pickup address, car make and plate number, driver contacts.

Cancellation and refunds

The consumer’s right to cancel is governed by Article 32 of the Consumer Protection Act. The contract may be cancelled at any time by paying for the part of the service actually provided and the expenses incurred by the provider.

If the service is found deficient, the consumer may demand free rectification, a proportionate price reduction, or reimbursement of the cost of rectification by themselves or third parties.

Refunds for card payments are made to the same card used for the payment. Processing time — 1 to 30 business days.
